The Targeting of the T-416 APT Group
In November, we began to see diplomatic entities in Europe begin to be targeted by this T-416 APT group. The intent of why they were targeting these movements is something that we do not know. As the Vatican Bishop agreement with China was expiring in 2020, we saw swell of activity targeting entities as reported by recorded future that aligned with that Chinese state interest. Do you anticipate that the group will continue its focus on European diplomatic entities? I think it depends on what contracts they get in the future.
