The Importance of Lecanean Psychoanalysis
I asked for some help on getting into grips with psychoanalysis and somebody pointed me to Bruce Fink's clinical introduction to lecanean psychoanalysis. I found it sufficiently resonant and sufficiently rigorous, theoretical. So many of the morbid symptoms that we were going through could not be approached without some orientation towards psychoanalysis. And you can see that from a psychoanalytic point of view, there's an element of death driving that which can be quite liberating and radical.
