John Harvey and the Battle Creek Sanitarium

John Harvey Kellogg was a Seventh Day Adventist doctor. In 1866, he opened the Battle Creek Sanitarium to help people stay well. He introduced hydrotherapy and yogurt enemas as treatments for constipation. Dr. W.K. is building on this work in an era of new regulation and marketing.
