Apple has some like recommendations around this in their documentation. They also say to not interrupt the user when they're performing, i'm sensitive, or stressful tasks. If you hit no, it prompts you to send them an email that nobody wants to receive. And if you click yes, only then does it lead you tothe to the store to leave a review. "There is nothing wrong with this. This is a good thing"
