How do we know when we're having a normal grieving process or when it's getting perhaps disordered? That's a really significant question. We don't do a great job of talking about and supporting one another in the grieving process. Let's get better at feeling. I really feel like that is the key to so much of what goes on day to day in our human experience. So art is often something that can be useful as a way to express and visually show.
