If the motivation for hiring neurodivergent people is that they have a certain skill set, there's a lot of cynicism around. You're looking for the right people for something that benefits your business when you're supporting them. It's if you're targeting people with certain skill sets because you need those people, but they're not supporting them. So using it as a kind of way of filtering to find the right people and then getting them through the door can be negative.
