Is There a Difference Between Dreams and Hallucinations?

I think he likes this kind of augmented reality situation where you actually are awake and seeing something spatial that's not there. He wants to straightforwardly just admit there are hallucinations. There are things that we see that are very much like perceiving with our senses that aren't real, aren't true. And once you brought this up before, he sort of rightly understands that those are real challenges.
