Why Trust Is So Important
Almost all majority companies are not nearly as transparent as we are. Accessing a company from the outside by their values, when you can't see inside, gets a betricker right? You start to lean on the interviews that you do through the process. But then you get into the recruiting dynamics, where are they interviewing you? Areyou interviewing them? So i thinkif trust allows you to buy pass that very complex process and so it also prevents you from second guessing everything that you hear.
