The Importance of Having a Master Schedule
Kannatum was a general contractor, so to speak, where we had multiple EPC vendors. We ensured that we had one master schedule that fed into OPGs. If you don't have a plan and don't know where you're supposed to be at, how can you evaluate your performance against that? And I know I'm beyond three, I'll say the next one is risk management. Anticipate that, this is a lot of projects, think about risks at time of business case.
