Using Living Artists' Notebooks as a Style Prompt

AI generation can look at millions of pictures to get an idea and then create new art. People are trying to argue that it shouldn't be legal for AI to do this without permission especially when they're going through deviant art. If you're using a specific prompt of a living artist right now that's an easy way to get some good results. I think probably there's a strong legal case for those artists to sue to get their names blocked so  I don't know if that's ever going to happen either but i think we will see that in the future.
