Are We Observing?
The power of mindfulness is that it gives us an opportunity to decondition those responses. It's totally possible and freeing to experience the pleasant like being here. But can we experience the pleasant without the tendency of holding, of grasping? And could we experience whatever unpleasant may come up without pushing away? This is a hard one to get because most of us do not believe it. You know, we think it's not okay to feel the unpleasant.
