The Playbook of Abuse

In the report in one of the playbooks there are four playbooks that you I think you used to turn playbook to have a metaphor for how organizations actually address these things. And the one I was thinking of just now when you were saying these things was the minimizer which from what I gather is actually the one that most people that you interviewed and were part of the study actually referenced as the playbook. So that was the one that struck me the hardest I think was that how could you call this a playbook but for me it was like this is abuse. When an organization when a system encourages you to minimize your human experience it's abusive. This is things that we see in domestic violence relationships
