The Grand Old Opera House and Opry Land
The Ryman was getting run down and the opera is so big that they're still not out of space. They were like, let's build a bigger, more modern, and downtown Nashville then was pretty run down. Opry Land and the Grand Old Opera House both opened in the early 70s.
