The worst thing that I've seen is if you enable reps to talk too much about features, a lot of buyers will immediately just pull up competition's website. Reps have to know how to diplomatically give the buyer the information they need, but also limit information so as not to overwhelm them and lead to indecision. But yeah, anyway, I couldn't agree more with you. You see it time and time again. The shifting from feature function to more of a solution cell, more of a platform cell.
