Is Constrained Differential Learning More Appropriate?
Coach: My preferred way to use it is constrained differential learning. I'll put a constraint in, um, you know, a batter that's kind of rolling over on their front foot or something like that. Then within that, I'll add a bunch of variability. So I'm trying to kind of give them a little push to find a new solution. Uh, so the one, you mentioned the elbow thing with pitchers. We put a rubber ball under the arm. You have to throw so the ball goes forward. Some pitchers will never figure out how to do that. It kind of gets stuck with a straight. Okay. Try on a hot on leaning back on one foot first.
