A lot of young startups that I've been a part of, I'm sure they do it does feel like a family. And breaking up with your family is kind of the worst thing you can imagine. As you get later in your career, you come to realize that your work is actually not your family. That's not to say it doesn't have humanity in society, it does. But it is more like a professional sports team than it is a family or it should be. We are here to do a job and play a game and win the game.
