I Don't Think We're Going to See That Zero Percent Interest Rate Again

Howard Kurtz: I think we've gotten complacent in that, you know, stocks go up. He says until a decade or so ago, stocks didn't just go up and down. Kurtz: Even in the bull market of the 80s, they still upped and down. And if interest rates aren't zero, stocks can have an upward bias, he says. But it's hard for me to imagine that we're going back to a market such that we had in a zero interest rate environment where there is no alternative.
