Is China Investing in Africa?

I'm not a criticf of n g o ad, and i'm not a critic of programmes that are there to solve humanitarian crises. I am a critic of fundamental thinking around am aid, which to my mind, has not changed in a material way over the past sixty years. There are real areas of crisis where we need to step in. So this is not a campaign to say, let's be callous. But i also think that we oughtn't to be naive or overly religious about about ad. We need to hold government and societies to the same standards that we hold out ourselves to....
