How to Turn Off Focus Modes on Your Apple Watch
Focus modes can limit the way people can get through to you, says Sofia. One way is t ougtomate triggering a different focus mode. You could also run a time based automation to just turn off a focus mode. The phone makes it so easy, because the lock screen of the phone shows you an icon of the current focus mode.
