The Importance of Metrics in the Chinese System

The Chinese system today has a remarkable similarity with the imperial system in that particular aspect. The imperial system was actually better at solving than the current system. Some people will say, this is meritocracy. But we need to recognize they don't use GTP. And they use these more horrible things. You can make class struggle in metric during the anti-righteous campaign but there's nothing meritocratic about that.
