In a year, it's going to be two point two million good steps. This stuff isn't immediate, but this shit adds up overtime. And then if you're at work, we always talk about not sitting, standing if you have the ability to stand at work. So figure out what you can do. The stuff you do outside of the gim can propel you waigh farther than the jim can. Because if you're only spending an hour in the gim, but as he said, andrew, the other whatever, the other hour is that you're awake,. You know, if those are spent doing the right things, this should can happen. It'll compound.
