Delegation - Is It a Good Idea?

i'm curious, just based on your experience, what are some of those things that you intentionally decided not to delegate and and continua doing, even though they didn'tat scale? Ye, so in im imean the consumer science and consumer science, you're trying to develop consumer insight. And there's really four sources for that, which are qualitative, ou know, usability, focus groups, surveys,. i would even live stream vidios of consumer research folks talking to neflix customers in providence, rhodeisland, for instance. I found it was super important to me to have that constant touch point of the voice of the customer....
