The Manipulation of Church Leadership

I actually had a situation or experience where I was dealing with manipulation from church leadership. So after I completed high school and I moved down to college, I joined Southern Baptist Convention Church that was Calvinist. The pastor seemed to be super solid, but then back it was around November, December 2018. He randomly disappeared and started giving excuses on why he wasn't showing up to the church saying that a family member was ill and he had some other things to take care of. And at the time he held the position that once you are disqualified biblically from being a pastor there that you can no longer become qualified again. That that is it. You can't go into that position anymore
