i really try to structure the teams with a lot of scope and autonomy. i take something from previous organizations, where we really treat the p m as the informed captain. You are both responsible for the direction of your ship, but also insuring that everyone's working together. And again, one of the things tat i've always a really, you know, has just urged me thre wrong ways people into no organization than you don't have any staffing for them.
