We put, we put up a structure, a boundary to what is coming to us. But if we can step back inside and allow a sense of melting to happen, a softening, we do it naturally,. You go out in the sun, you let go your boundaries, your body, your body lets go. Your body simply melts and you receive this wonderful, loving warmth into your body. We can do that in a situation where we feel nervous, or we feel too cerebral, how can i get back? And just that melting inside is the surrender that you're talking about, in the letting go, or the falling on to the ground and being received by the earth.
