The New Block Theme - Layouts Are Fundamental Part of How Block Themes Work
Not every client is going to be ready for a full redesign. We have seen this with other new features and workflows that take about two to three years. I think that we have more to do to encourage people to adopt those, a gradual adoption kind of pathways. But the fact that they exist is really a really a great thing that we're not expecting.
