The Importance of Being the First Mover in a Space

There's a level of plausible deniability that comes with being the first mover into a space. A lot of ethical and moral questions are present in new frontiers of the sport, whether it's scouting players in countries that don't have rich baseball tradition or wearable tech. Because there isn't regulation in place they don't really get in trouble for it either right because we didn't violate a rule.
