Party State Capitalism in China - What's Next?

I think the expressions of party state capitalism have become fairly well institutionalized. Those are mechanisms of control that the party is not going to want to relinquish anytime soon. I could imagine a top tier of mixed-owned enterprises that are in the commanding heights of the Chinese economy, how competitive they will be remains to be seen. There's been tremendous waste and also corruption. But maybe just maybe after all that settles... All you need is really one winner.
