Is There a Council of Light?

In the Native American cultures, what they're guiding themselves by is this council that we're talking about. And I feel like any of this stuff that we call instinctual is coming from this council of light. So you almost in that aspect are going to now have to come together with what your spiritual understanding is and you're going to have to create an organization around that. That's really where we're going to start to see these competition between religions and we're still in the situation today. Right?
