The most daunting thing about the real estate space for someone who isn't already in it is that there's so many extra steps hurdles. You need to be very active in the rules, you need to perhaps buy a property manager and find tenants. There's not as much restriction on who can do it when they can do it, what licenses they do or don't need. Anyone can go buy a house and anyone can do a seller finance contract.
