Toxicity Is the Biggest Driver of Turnover
Toxic culture prioritizes results without relationships, getting things done at the cost of treating people right. In a mediocracy, even if you do a terrible job, you can still get ahead, as long as people like you. The third sin is all rules, no risks. New ideas are seen as threats to the status quil people cling to process and resist creativity and change. And the fourth sin is anarchy. You have risks, but no rules. Anyone can do whatever they want. Strategy and structure be damned. It's pure chaos.
