Is Your Brain Predicting?

It's not actually doing more work predicting which is kind of cool just for like people listening to be like that's the cutting edge. It's about how much effort your brain and your conscious self is putting into things. If we were just sitting here you might be spiraling about what’s going to happen in survivor tomorrow. You're creating a lot more images in your head. Your eyes are just there to like rest the scene for you. Right? Like your consciousness is like thinking. It's like your brain isn't even like doing that much work is the point.
