Ritika: I thought that would enable access to the PDS and expand the food security net in some way. But now since then even if our family is on the list, even if we have had children or included, you know, had a new daughter-in-law joined the family, she cannot be added because the state government does not have any space anymore unless they bear the burden. So how are these households getting anything at all? How are they going to get anything at all then? Because clearly they are not the ones who are going to get from the open market which I think is priced about 35 rupees a year, around 40 rupees.
