i think one of the absolutely critical things to do is to think about your organization as developing capabilities in innovation, for example. Because being innovative is almost like an empty term, right? It's really difficult to identify what that is. Whereas if you're building a capability in that, you can start to get a little bit more concrete about what that looks like and what you need to support. There 're also, i think, some important elements are obnoxious. And this is hard than you're probably first starting out. But one of the things that can be effective is also carving out, rather than assuming. This is maybe less of most explicitly behaviorl design or behaviora science solution.
