The Role of the Court in Protecting Disabled Groups
This term, the court has taken a whole bunch of cases where the argument that's being made to them is reject prior precedent. The Warren court did create a lot of new law, but it was seeking to expand rights for people and protect disadvantaged groups. This Court may turn that on its head and use the Constitution as a barrier to other branches protecting disadvantaged groups.
