Is There a Consistency in Your Menu?

I think as artists and people in the world of creating, it's such an important framework to live by. If you had to play every single instrument at the same time, you wouldn't get any music, right? I mean, even applying it to like restaurants, most restaurants that are Michelin Star top reviewed, their menu is eight items. They're not cheesecake factory with 500 different items. But a good restaurant has not that many choices because you don't want to paralyze your audience with choices. And also these chef does not want to dilute their ability to create, you know, beautiful food by trying to do too many things.
