Getting Into the I G F One, I Think That's a Turning Point
i was a lot more sceptical of cetogenic diets about four years ago, in terms of being great for long term health and health span. And i think that some of my my thoughts on that have changed a bit based off of more recent long-term studies in mice. The thinking is you are eating less because you're oxidizing those fatty acids to make bh or bhb - which drives up energy expenditure. In other words, if you do the latter, the former should happen as well. I wouldn't say i have any less faith in them to day. But i am personally less interested and find it much harder to do so just as far as compliance
