Wages Rise to 3.7% in Q3 and 4
Wages yesterday, QunQ, as still at 0.8%, you on year, they've risen to 3.7%. I think it's in line with RBA forecast as well, isn't it? So is this a case of not much to see here? Yes. But when you look at the underlying dynamics, what is interesting to note is that this is sort of an average of wage changes. And those wages that actually change, they did increase on average by 4.3% particularly in the private sector. We haven't seen significant changes yet on that side, but we know they're coming.
