The target of their audiencea and from what i've heard through the grapevine from colleagues, is that they've been pro actively reaching out to a very specific type of founder. It seems to me like they're effectively like scaling out an e i r programme. I don't know if actually that's going to lead to better outcomes or returns. At least these people know how to manage teams. They know how to operationalize a product development cycle. But we know that as often as those folksa build great businesses, they equally as often, probably if not more so, a build businesses that tend to struggle.
