Is There a Future for Social Planning?

There are certain privileges in the art world that when we discuss politics broadly, we are not bound by other professional disciplines. We're looking at a future where there is going to be a level of social planning and ar cities which hasn't happened in my lifetime. So this level of maybe speculative, utopian design is actually becoming not speculative, but very urgent and necessary.
