Is Tesla Safer Than the Average Luxury Sedan?

I wasn't aware of the potential problem Tesla not that I'm in the market for anything like that. There's been this funny thing where in a lot of cases Tesla has honestly but disingenuously been able to say that was not on autopilot at the time of impact. No one really knows what the full number of autopilot test is from the ones that have been confirmed and whether these cars are actually safer than the average luxury sedan. That'll be a task for the investigators.
