i think part of it is just an equation of time. It's not like, ye, i hung out in some juices for a little while. I'm marinated like non. And its consistency and repetition of licoce. This wasn't a fluke, a one off thing. This person is capable of doing this thing over and over again. So owning and driving a large and or complex and or vague project, totally makes sense. That's always a good sign that you getting ready for a higher level,. especially if you can show that as a pattern. There's so much value in being able to link together different kind of problems across a company. Part of it's not
