Dod: I grew up in a town that was the third or fourth most dangerous city in the country. Dod: It was rough of fights in schoola really easy to get your hands on drugs if you needed to. The medium income of red bluff at that time was thiss, this is medium household income, 27 thousand dollars a year. There was a lot of meth, a lot like, prescription drugs, homeless people sort wandering around.
