I Will Give You Rest, but the Subtitle Is an Invitation to Sabbath
The invitation to Sabbath is part of the invitation to Jesus to come to Jesus, right? That's what we're reading in the scriptures this week. Resting in Jesus doesn't always mean that you were actively in that moment praying. Close your eyes and find rest right where you are because that's where rest can be found in Christ. And so do that a little bit of practice this week if you have kids running around.
