The Effect of Drift on Durability

I've really dug into some of this and there's been some recent publications we published with New Zealand colleagues where we looked at the uncoupling. You know, for example if I ride at 200 watts for two hours I essentially have a flat response but after two hours I start drifting up. And so that third hour I start getting a lot of uncoupling but I can deal with one more hour. When I go to four hours the uncoupled is huge and I'm stressed out and I want off the bike and I'm really fatigued the day after. So now a low intensity session has become a high stress session just as a function of duration. With me. Yeah.
