Google is all about growth. If you if you're staying in your role and doing the same stuff for a long time like several years, it's definitely something it's not something that is expected and welcome. But there are so many opportunities to grow. So I could be doing my product related consultations. I can go more into clients relations management. And then we contribute there more with the products and the sales team and clients they always welcome people.
