Is This QE?
The Fed is now lending out all this money to the banks at a time when it's supposed to be not doing that. Far from this being QE, this is QT. This is tightening that we're seeing. We just have much less credit now than we did a week ago. And for those reasons, the Fed kind of doesn't need to hike as much as it had thought.
