How to Negotiate a Profitless Deal
My philosophy on negotiation is remove negative risk. Add positive risk. Maintain the relationship and do smart deals. Don't do deals that don't have enough profit in because a profitless deal is always leak. That was the fourth one of the four quads. We only used strategic deals on very rare occasions when we tried to block somebody. Otherwise, why would you do it? You wouldn't do it based on futures. And then I shorten that to key leverage points and business implications.
