Anxiety - A Subtle Form of Avoidance

Joel: It's important to remember that anxiety is often domain specific. So maybe there's certain tasks, certain situations that are really anxiety provoking and other things that are maybe similar related, no big deal. I see this a lot, you know, especially with people who are really intelligent and high functioning. And even though I keep telling myself, I'm productive otherwise, I'm really challenging, but anxiety provoking task is not getting addressed.
