Is There a Thorcotomy?

A 24 year old man shot in the left chest. C p r's been in progress for 35 minutes. Therre no signs of life. On arrival, ultra sound shows no cardiac activity and no tampanat ya. I think most people would agree that that patient's dead, and i wouldn't do any thorcotomy. Ok? So what if everything in that scenario remains the same?
